We create ideas,
we build solutions
SK/Branders is a branding, strategy and experience studio headquartered in Buenos Aires with operations in Miami (GDS Branding LLC), founded by Diego Schapsis in 2001 and led since 2022 together with Florencia Kahanoff. We work for franchises, chains and companies of high operational complexity across Latin America and the United States, with a methodology of our own: Fresh Experience®.
We are a design studio specialised in communication strategy and process optimisation, focused on corporate clients of high operational complexity. We have more than two decades of practice in strategic branding, turning it into real operational tools to secure the growth of our clients' businesses.
We understand good design as the result of a process of analysis, rational creativity and information management. We build efficient messages.
The essence of SK/Branders
Diego Schapsis founded his first branding company in 2001. For twenty years his studio grew project by project, learning from every case: agribusiness, franchised food service, aviation, financial services, public and private institutions and the automotive industry, among others. That steady, evolving dedication is what today allows SK/B to deliver highly complex projects with record efficiency.
In 2022, together with Florencia Kahanoff, they founded SK/Branders: Diego brings vision and strategy, Florencia brings execution intelligence. From that combination a new in-house production unit was born, and with it the ability to sustain the full cycle within the studio, from diagnosis to finished piece.
Where we work
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with projects delivered across the Americas, Europe and Africa. Remote operation has been the studio's standard for years; coordinating across time zones and local suppliers is an everyday method, not an exception.
Our outlook
We work where design has operational impact: complex developments, many executors and little margin for error, where every decision matters.
We are driven to think through solutions and design the future of every stage, even before the first prototype reaches the client's table.

Diego Schapsis
Strategic Vision & Execution
Diego is the analytical mind and strategist of SK/Branders. With a track record spanning decades that begins with his training in design, he has a rare plasticity for integrating new technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions from a dynamic, boundary-free way of thinking. Years of teaching gave him more than experience — they gave him a method for putting into words what he sees, and that is what today turns an intuition into a diagnosis a client can follow. His distinctive ability is not having quick answers; it is asking the questions that make the right answer appear on its own.

Florencia Kahanoff
Operational Force & Process Management
Florencia is the engine that turns strategy into tangible results, leading execution and the continuous improvement of processes, finding order within systems that need to evolve. Before turning to design, she coordinated complex operations across countries, with different teams and languages, and that instinct for organising chaos into something that flows is what she now brings to every studio project. She leads by making room for others to grow. For Florencia, the human side comes first within the operational: a project is not just the delivery, it is also the bond with the people who made it possible.
LinkedIn →Cecilia Romero
Project Manager
Cecilia is an expert at translating complex information into pieces that are understood at a glance. For her, good design is design that communicates what needs communicating, not just an aesthetic answer. She specialised in retail, trained in UX, and today runs the studio's projects with the same attitude she started her career here with: when there is something to be done, she signs up first, and delivers more than expected. She trained as a graphic designer at the University of Buenos Aires, where she now teaches in the typography department.
LinkedIn →Florencia Stelmaszczuk
Art Director
Flor is extremely curious, which leads her to handle the studio's art direction boldly and, at the same time, with great delicacy. She stands out creating AI-driven digital video, with a current, disruptive eye that she knows how to fit exactly to what each client needs. Beyond any tool, what sets her apart is her ability to build stories: authentic, very young, creative, with a great deal of future ahead. She trained as a graphic designer at the University of Buenos Aires, where she now teaches in the typography department.
LinkedIn →Agustina Bustamante
Junior Graphic Designer
Agus is the designer every team wishes for. She brought her own perspective to the studio and, this being her first job, gave herself the pleasure of playing the whole field. What she likes to do she asks for; she dares, listens, absorbs and gives back with a fresh, young, dynamic eye. Agus is taking her first steps, and they are giant ones. She is in charge of AI accounts and resolves whatever lands in her hands with real drive. On this team she is learning the craft of communicating without being boxed in — thinking out of the box within the big box. She trained as a graphic designer at the University of Buenos Aires.
