The face of AI

Technology has redefined the touchpoints between brands and people. Yet in the world of Artificial Intelligence, where the field of action is purely digital and massive, technical efficiency often collides with a critical barrier: the coldness of code. For the user, a query is a human need; for the system, it is data processing. The challenge is to make that encounter a space of trust, not just an algorithmic transaction.

The Challenge: Going Beyond the Generic "Bot"
Called in by BPF and a cutting-edge AI company with a problem common across the industry —its technology was powerful, but its interface was invisible— we solved it with human intelligence and creativity. In a market saturated with generic robot imagery, the brand needed an identity that could interact with users in a warm, human way without losing its technological essence. We understood this was not about "drawing a robot" but about giving a soul to a system that answers queries in real time.

We also defined its name, BadAsk: Book a Demo & Ask — with personality, strength and in tune with its role: CXO – Chief Experience Officer.

The Solution: A Digital Asset with a Strategic Heart
Our answer was the development of BadAsk, a visual and narrative identity designed from our Fresh Experience philosophy. We did not pursue a superficial aesthetic but a "functional humanisation" that turned the gap into a management companion.

The Impact: Technology with Soul Is More Profitable
More than a graphic asset, together with BPF we developed a tool for technology adoption. By giving the AI a relatable identity, we brought warmth to something that at first feels cold and distant. The result is a solid, scalable brand that builds a loyal relationship through warmth and storytelling.
