Fresh Experience®
the science behind the brand
Our secret formula (let's keep it between us) is to stay in the present, holding what we have learned in one hand and, in the other, building teams with young professionals who have a vision of the future. We call that chemistry Fresh Experience®: keeping a long memory, being strict about what life has taught us, and listening —and learning— from those making their way into the professional world. That is who we are.
Brand strategy
Focus before you design. Positioning, purpose, naming and brand architecture for companies and franchises operating in several countries at once. We define what the brand says, to whom and in what tone, before a single piece exists.
Branding and visual identity
Branding for franchises and chains
One brand, a hundred stores, zero interpretations. Adapting global brands to Latin American markets and building communication systems every franchisee can replicate: menus, product campaigns, point-of-sale materials and operating manuals for Chile, Uruguay, Puerto Rico or wherever the next store opens.
Customer experience and service design
From the counter to the object. Designing the full experience where the brand meets the operation: signage, flows, physical interfaces and custom hardware, solved from ergonomics to international manufacturing cost.
Business intelligence and data
Information as raw material. We turn data scattered across silos into dashboards, reports and decisions, in the language each level of the organisation needs: from the field operator to the holding's owner. Dashboards, performance reports and sales tracking systems.
Growth and digital communication
Selling is part of the design. Content strategy, performance campaigns, email marketing and lead generation measured end to end. We don't design "something nice": we design so the sales team has someone to talk to on Monday.
Campaigns and audiovisual production
From concept to runway, no middlemen. Concept, product naming, 360 campaigns and photo and video production with our own crew. All the material is born inside the studio, so what was conceived is what goes on air.
Innovation and AI applied to brands
Humanising technology. Name, face, voice and character for assistants, agents and digital products; prototypes and developments with artificial intelligence that get adopted rather than tolerated. Design and development of in-house tools for the operation, with SK/Developers.
Editorial
Books, magazines and catalogues worth keeping. Art direction, editorial script, photography and print production for books, catalogues and brand publications. Pieces made to last on a shelf, not in a feed.

What drives us is thinking up solutions and designing the future of the operation, even before the first prototype reaches the tarmac.
Frequently asked questions about branding, franchises and how we work →
What experience do you have?
We have been doing branding since 2001. In 2022 we became SK/Branders, after the surnames of our partners, Diego Schapsis and Florencia Kahanoff. The team, the clients and the method are the same: when we talk about more than twenty years of local and international experience, that spans corporations to startups. We are experts and innovators in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) franchises.
Which countries do you work in?
We have our own office in Buenos Aires and our company is based in Miami for international operations. We work with clients in Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, Canada, Dominica and across the Caribbean and the United States, with remote operation as our standard for years, for Europe and Africa alike.
Do you do industrial design as well as branding?
Yes. It is one of our differentiating capabilities: we design physical objects for real, intensive use, such as the digital scale we developed for LATAM Airlines' Self Bag Drop, with prototypes adapted to different airports.
Do you work with artificial intelligence companies?
Yes. It is an area where we already have completed cases and where there is almost no competition with brand criteria. We develop naming and identity for AI agents (such as BadAsk for Cloneops.ai), and from our SK Developers unit we build AI-driven systems applied to agriculture and mining.
Which sectors do you serve?
Airlines, food and restaurant franchises, insurance, logistics, human resources, mining, agribusiness and financial services. We work where design has operational consequences: operations with many touchpoints, many executors and little margin for error.
What is your working process like?
We do not start with form. Before proposing a visual solution, we sort out the problem: what data exists, who uses it, where it gets stuck, which decision depends on it. We listen, diagnose, build the strategy and execute it end to end with our own team. Years of experience, updated every morning.
What does it mean that you are a "Human AI" studio?
That we know, project by project, where a person should decide and where an AI should execute. It is not a fashionable label: we have spent twenty years doing these processes by hand, and that experience is what allows us to use technology with judgement instead of replacing judgement with technology.
Do you work under confidentiality?
Yes, with non-disclosure agreements for projects that require them. Some of the cases in our portfolio are anonymised for that reason.
How do we start a project with you?
Write to [email protected]. Bring the challenge — we take care of thinking it through, shaping it and executing it end to end.
